The following are the terms and conditions of the Agreement under which rooms are permitted to be used by Guests. COVID negative certificate or Vaccination certificate mandatory for all our guest during their check-in

 

TARIFF
All bookings are on a non-refundable basis and cancellations are permittedbefore15 days from check In date.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
You may only use the services of this site if you are at least 18 years of age and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The services of the Site are not intended for and should not be used by minors.

Please note that additionaltermsand conditions may apply to reservations, purchases, transactions, uses, or activities that may occur on or through this Site. You agree to comply with theseTerms& Conditions and any such applicable additionaltermsand conditions.

 

GUEST VALUABLES
The homestay shall not be responsible for the loss / damage of Guest valuables or belongings due to neglect of employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft and pilferage.

 

HAZARDOUS GOODS
Storage of films and other items of combustible or hazardous nature in rooms are strictly prohibited.

 

HOTEL ROOMS
Check-in time is 2:00 pm while check-out is 11:00 am. Kindly inform the host in case you wish to retain your room beyond departure. In case of availability 50% of the normal tariff shall be charged up to 18:00 hours & full rates applicable thereafter.

Guests shall be accountable for all our valuables / belongings & liable to pay for Homestay property damages, if any.

The Management shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, accident, injury, allergies or ill health that might result during the stay.

Any insurance claims pertaining to theft, injury or medical reimbursement has to be within the jurisdiction of the Courts in Goa.

 

CHILD POLICY

– Pet Policy
– Pets are not allowed

 

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
The Management reserves the absolute right of Admission to any person into the premises and to request any guest to vacate his / her room at any moment without prior notice or assigning any reasons whatsoever. In case of default, the Management shall be entitled to confiscate the luggage / belongings and place the room under lock and key.

 

GUEST VISITORS
Visitors shall not be allowed to go to guest rooms under any circumstances.

 

DECLARATION
All guests shall abide by the Homestayterms & conditions applicable and instructions given by the host during the stay.
